Lechler, Inc. is a worldwide manufacturer of industrial spray nozzles & engineered headers and systems. Nozzle types include flat fan, full cone, hollow cone, air atomizing, air, and tank cleaning. We can build customized spray bars and STAMM® Self-cleaning showers. Spray applications include cleaning, coating, cooling, evaporating, humidifying, and air blow off. For the Pharmaceutical industry, in addition to our basic products and spray bars, we make sanitary retractable lances and high temperature PTFE tank cleaning Whirly nozzles. The lance has a nozzle which can either spray or retract back into a tube as needed. The High Temp Whirly has two Hastelloy bands surrounding the PTFE nozzle to help it retain its shape in high temperature operating conditions. Our newest product, the LSC (or Lechler Spray Controller) is a product which can control a spraying operation based upon user input. It is especially appropriate for atomized spraying or coating applications on a conveyor.
